We currently only ship to physical addresses in the USA. We do not ship to PO Boxes, If you place your order shipping to a PO Box it will delay the shipping until we can obtain a physical shipping address. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will have additional shipping charges. We currently do not offer International Shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options we choose. We Currently only ship by FedEx Ground, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional and weight-based. The dimensions and weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all dimensions & all weights will be rounded up to the next full inch & pound.
What exactly does the free shipping over $99 apply to?
Our Online Store $99 free shipping applies to all items on our "online store only products" not other products listed on our main website www.lexingtoncontainercompany.com except for the 53 gallon wood barrels, they are listed on our online store only for customer convenience to order.
The 53 gallon wood barrels are priced higher on our online store because they include the flat rate fee of $200 to ship the barrel anywhere in contiguous United States.
Pricing listed on our main website www.lexingtoncontainercompany.com for wood barrels is for "INSTORE PICK UP" ONLY, you have the option to "Shop Online Now" when you shop online for a wood barrel the price is increased because the shipping fee is included.
You may return most new, unopened items, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund (minus a return fee of 10% of your total order). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), not because you simply want to cancel and return your order or no longer need the products.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
There will be a 10% canellation fee charged on all canceled orders after your order has been processed. If your order is cancelled the same day it was processed and before midnight of the same day and has not been processed through our credit card merchant there will be no cancellation fee.
