Shipping | Returns | Cancellations
We currently only ship to physical addresses in the USA. We do not ship to PO Boxes, If you place your order shipping to a PO Box it will delay the shipping until we can obtain a physical shipping address. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will have additional shipping charges. We currently do not offer International Shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options we choose. We Currently only ship by FedEx Ground, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional and weight-based. The dimensions and weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all dimensions & all weights will be rounded up to the next full inch & pound.
Do we offer free shipping?
Our Online Store does offer free shipping specials, the free shipping specials will apply to the item/s listed in the FREE SHIPPING BANNER on the top of every page when a free shipping product is available.
You may return most new, unopened items, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund (minus a return fee of 10% of your total order). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), not because you simply want to cancel and return your order or no longer need the products.
Shipping Damage must be reported to us as soon as possible or within 5 business day from receipt of package, shipping damage not reported to us within 5 business will void any return or refunds.
NO returns or refunds after 15 calendar days of receipt of your order for any reason. (Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it, waiting more then 15 days to inspect your products voids any returns or refunds).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
There will be a 10% cancellation fee charged on all canceled orders after your order has been processed this includes all orders processed after 5pm EST Friday until 9am EST Monday. If your order is cancelled the same day it was processed and before end of the same business day by 5pm EST and has not been processed through our credit card merchant there will be no cancellation fee. You may request a order cancellation by email or phone anytime during normal business hours Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
